Flora Ku joined the MVL team in 2020. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Flora ensures MVL’s internal operations—spanning HR, finance, and investor relations—run smoothly. She also sets up firm infrastructure, including banking, payroll, and regulatory compliance, when new companies are ready to launch.

Flora’s career is a reflection of her unwavering commitment to empowering startups. Her journey began as the Operations Manager at the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship, where she refined operational processes and orchestrated high-impact events for student entrepreneurs. From there, Flora took her expertise to Graham & Walker, where she championed the cause of underrepresented founders, overseeing initiatives that connected them with crucial resources and investors across major cities. Today, Flora continues to drive change and support the startup ecosystem in her role at MVL, where her deep experience and passion for operational excellence shine through.

When she’s not in the office…

Flora enjoys spending time with her partner and their two cats. When she isn’t at home with a good book, she is active in ballet or busy completing her MBA program at the UW Foster School of Business.
